Culture Day 2022
16 November 2022On Wednesday 16th of November, The Blue Coat School Sixth Form held its first ever Culture Day!
The day was a colourful celebration of the rich diversity of our community here at Blue Coat.
We exhibited a market of cultural stalls in the gym, a fashion show of cultural dress, a photo booth, and we finished with a sixth-form football tournament.
We were fortunate enough to have been joined by two visitors: Naseeb Abbas and Josee Bizimana, who delivered two moving talks on their stories, and the meaning of culture in their communities.
The event was a roaring success, and all participants look forward to seeing its triumphant return!
